According to Section 8 Paragraph 4 of the Law on Partnerships of Members of the Liberal Professions (Partnerships Act), the partnership's assets are only liable to creditors for liabilities of the partnership arising from damages due to faulty professional practice if the partnership maintains a professional liability insurance policy prescribed by law for this purpose.
