Oliver Merleker began establishing the law firm Merleker & Partner in 1987, focusing on real estate and corporate law as well as intellectual property law. The firm took on the role of an external legal department for companies in the real estate industry, as well as for nationally and internationally active commercial and media companies (including Handelshof Group in Cologne, Gravis Computervertriebsgesellschaft mbH, and MetaDesign AG).
Oliver Merleker has been working as a notary since 1998, specializing in corporate law and inheritance law. He provides comprehensive support to German-speaking, English-speaking, and French-speaking clients in real estate acquisitions throughout Germany, particularly in Berlin.
As a notary, Oliver Merleker is a member of the German Notarial Law Association, the German Association for Industrial Property and Copyright (GRUR), the German Bar Association, the German-Japanese Lawyers Association, the Marketing Club Berlin, the IDZ International Design Center Berlin e.V.
