Dr. Saskia Au advises companies from various industries on all areas of civil commercial law, particularly contract law, litigation, and labor law. Her clients include medium-sized companies as well as start-ups.

 

Dr. Saskia Au pursues her clients' goals with the same determination and perseverance that distinguish her as a marathon runner. Dr. Saskia Au, who has been advising her clients as a partner for more than 20 years, is known not only for her excellent legal expertise, but also for her business acumen and pragmatic approach. She advises her clients as an external legal department on day-to-day legal issues and contract negotiations, as well as on complex litigation, out-of-court dispute resolution, and labor law.

 

She has a particular interest in IT law and related data protection issues. She also advises her clients on the civil law classification of crypto and other digital assets.

 

Dr. Saskia Au is a member of “Frauen in die Aufsichtsräte (FidAR e.V.)” (Women on Supervisory Boards), the Berlin Bar Association (BAV), and the German Bar Association (DAV).
