Dr. Jan Scheube

Specialist lawyer for construction and architectural law, mediator for construction matters (partner)

Dr. Jan Scheube advises medium-sized and corporate companies in the construction and real estate industry as well as architects and engineers throughout Germany on construction-related matters, both in and out of court. Dr. Scheube specializes in particular in advising on turnkey construction, property development, addendum management, and public contracts. In public procurement law, he primarily assists bidders in tenders and conducts the necessary review procedures.

He is a member of the Association of Construction Mediators (Verband der Baumediatoren e.V.).
