Alexander Günzel specializes in commercial law. He advises and represents companies in labor and corporate law matters and in the drafting of work, purchase, distribution, service, and cooperation agreements.
Attorney Günzel has particular expertise in labor law. He advises companies on the drafting of employment contracts, dismissal protection proceedings, works constitution disputes, restructuring, remuneration systems, works agreements, reconciliation of interests, and social plans, as well as labor law compliance (e.g., codes of conduct). Mr. Günzel regularly represents board members, managing directors, and executives in the conclusion and termination of board member/managing director service contracts and employment contracts.
Alexander Günzel's clients include medium-sized and large companies, including those in the metal and electrical industries, trade and telecommunications, service providers, energy supply, healthcare (hospitals, doctors), and call centers. He regularly represents his clients in civil and labor court proceedings.
